Muslims believe that they are not fallen and have no need for a SAVIOR.
Because Muslims are not saved they need to do GOOD WORKS and Islam teaches that people are born innocent and remain so until they make themselves guilty by a guilty deed in order to gain salvation. This explains why they like to KILL others and with the blood of others on their hands is GOOD WORKS for them and they think this will gain them their salvation.

I think you're more likely to be screwed up if you're born and raised thinking you started your life with an 'original sin '. I just can't see the logic in your argument, there are plenty of other religions besides Islam that don't believe in needing to be saved, are they screwed up too? lol. But that's the thing, we could argue all day. I think (and that's JUST ME, and just my personal point of view that I would never share with any religious person out of respect) that all religions are equally and mutually exclusive and agressive.
